ENG323 Literature in Dialogue
Course Aims The course aims to present the issues of intertextuality and adaptation in literary studies. Beginning with theories of authorship and the text, the course moves into the digital era, looking at how allusion, parody and adaptation work across popular media. The course aims to encourage students to consider various versions of intertextuality such as centring female characters as well as converting literary forms to other media.
