ENG104 Critical Analysis of Literature 
Course Aims Critical theory provides different lenses for us to understand literature and therefore the world. In this course, students are to learn the basics of critical theory (such as structuralism, poststructuralism, feminism, etc.) and are encouraged to analyze and discuss literature through different lens, to give multiple interpretations of a literary work, and subsequently to reflect upon the issues represented in literature as they affect their everyday lives.
