The first-year English majors were delighted to welcome American author, Jordan Rivet, to their Introduction to Literature class on Tuesday April 16th. Jordan has published 24 books over a ten-year period in the Young Adult / Fantasy/ Science Fiction genre. Jordan spoke to us about how she got started writing, getting published and how she maintains a writing routine. It was an inspiring and motivating talk and Jordan patiently answered all our questions! Speaker: Jordan Rivet is an American author of YA science fiction and fantasy featuring determined heroines, vivid worlds, and daring missions. She has written 24 novels in multiple series, including Wake Me After the Apocalypse, The Art Mages of Lure fantasy trilogy, and The Lost Clone science fiction series. Originally from Arizona, she now lives in Hong Kong.
