Venue: Language Center RLG104
Dr. Rebekah Bale, Dr. Jenny Wan, and Dr. Thomas Chan held a Lunchtime Research Seminar in LC RLG104 on Monday, September 16th, from 12 to 2 pm. The research seminar concentrated on linguistics and literature, presenting recent findings. A brief overview of postgraduate programs in our department was also provided. English major students, including newly admitted third-year students, full-time postgraduate students, and fourth-year students, were invited to bring their lunches and join us for a casual discussion about study and research. During the seminar, some light refreshments and snacks were provided, and we all had a great time gathering and communicating with one another!
